🧩 1:1 mentoring
ADHD or similar daily challenges like focus, hyperactivity, constant overhelm or fatigue- I am there to listen without judgement. Together we map the hard bits and discuss on self-care strategies to create mindfull steps forward.You can choose:
• Single sessions (50 min) — to untangle what feels stuck and leave with clear next steps and practical tools you can use right away.
• 6-session journey — building the 4 core self-care pillars:
Physical movement · sleep hygine · eating habits· stress management

I’m not a psychologist. My work is based on lived experience as practic and mindfulnes teacher, mentoring trainings, and health-promotion studies and research. My path into mental health self-care has been both personal and practical. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork and research, I’ve spent the past decade learning what helps me find balance — and what is more like an escape.People often describe me as a calm and trustworthy presence, someone who listens deeply and notices details. But trust me: the potatoes I was boiling are already burned as I am planting flowers outside. That mix of focus and forgetfulness is part of me — and why I feel at home with ADHD minds.
