I’ve spent the past decade learning to understand my own mental health and self-care, while walking alongside people with ADHD — adults finding their way forward, and parents learning how to support a child who thinks and feels differently. One of my most meaningful projects was an independent research study on how people with ADHD care for themselves in daily life — and how often the basics of nutrition, movement, sleep, and relaxation are overlooked. This topic continues to intrigue me, because while therapists and psychiatrists can offer valuable guidance, they can’t fully experience what it’s like inside your own mind. No matter how much outside help we have, we still need to do our own “homework” to make progress.***People often describe me as a calm and trustworthy presence — someone who listens without judgment, notices what others might miss, and can connect you with the right kind of help when life feels too heavy to manage alone.I now live in Lausanne, Switzerland, but my roots are in Estonia, where I’m part of a team creating a online platform for ADHD support and self-care strategies. My aim is simple: to help you take your first steps forward and to remind you that you’re not alone in this.**It was nice too see you here!
